Legal Information: Greater Stellenbosch Development Trust

The Greater Stellenbosch Development Trust is registered with the Master of the Supreme Court, registration number: IT 23/2002. The Trust is also registered as a non-profit organisation with the Department of Community Development (019-824-NPO) and with the Receiver of Revenue in terms of Section 30, and also Section 18a of the Income Tax Act.

The trustees of the Greater Stellenbosch Development Trust receive no compensation and must adhere to a code of conduct.

Financial Administration: Greater Stellenbosch Development Trust

The auditors of the Trust are LDP Inc. (Loubser du Plessis) of Stellenbosch (practice no: 944270). The auditing functions are performed on a pro bono basis and to the requirements of generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP).
